Most of us have heard about the benefits of meditation and relaxation. But why then is it often so hard to create time for this?
You're invited to discover ways to find focus in short moments. Because finding your calm doesn’t necessarily mean you have to sit or lie still for hours. You'll get a better understanding of how to recognize stress in your body, and you’ll be guided through gentle exercises using movement, breath work and body awareness, to explore different forms of relaxation. All exercises are designed to facilitate you in finding short moments to unwind and just take a breather.

Intimacy speed dating.
Intimacy can be formed through sharing vulnerabilities, laughter, tears, touch and so much more. In this workshop you’ll get the chance to explore emotional intimacy through short connections, prompted by questions or actions.
This speed date isn’t about romance or sex, it’s about connection. This means that you will get the chance to connect with people from all ages, genders, backgrounds and sexual orientations. Maybe some connections will continue after the workshop, or maybe they will be a beautiful experience in its own time vacuum.
