Coaching can be offered in many different forms. However, for me the essence of coaching is creating a safe space in which you can share your personal and/or professional goals or struggles. I, in return, offer guidance, support, and if necessary, education, for you to get a better understanding of how to initiate change. Sessions are based in dialogue, in which powerful questions will help you find your answers and direction. I strongly believe that you are more than only your thoughts, and that being attuned to your body helps you navigate your emotions and needs, and helps you understand any behavioral patterns. This means I often introduce supporting exercises that have their foundation in psycho-motor therapy, breath work, and mindfulness. As your coaching journey is always tailor made, based on your personal needs, I will always search for the exercises that resonate with you while at the same time challenge you to grow.
