Daisy Bremmer

I have always danced and expressed myself through my whole body. And for a long time, my dream was to perform professionally. Even though I’ve had to let go of that dream, my interest in dance and our connection to our bodies has always stayed with me. This is what led me to be trained as a Dance & Movement Therapist. But during this process, I realized what was equally important to me:  Language, and people’s stories. Through time and experience I’ve combined these interests into a body-oriented form of coaching where you and your body get space to speak.

I value transparent communication, am direct in my honesty, and an advocate for vulnerability as a strength. These elements are also very much present in my coaching sessions. Both personally as well as professionally I try to be as inclusive as possible, constantly educating myself on feminism, intersectionality, and anti-racism. I myself am a queer cis woman, identifying as female, with pro-nouns she/her.

In addition to Aspasía coaching I currently work in an international corporate setting, focused on learning and leadership development, and mental health.

Aspasía

Not only is Aspasía my middle name, but she was also an influential woman in Ancient Greece. She was politically engaged and philosophically inclined. Rumor has it she ran a brothel, and that she herself might have been a sex-worker. These elements, plus her name meaning welcome and embrace, make her the perfect symbol for my coaching practice.
